Caloplaca marina – Thallus bright orange to yellow orange crustose film, consisting of small lobules, sometimes thicker and cracked areolate. Fruiting bodies are bright reddish orange cups with convex centres and light orange rims. K+ crimson. Very common on hard maritime rocks below EHWS, often with Verrucaria maura.
